oh my, where to begin. the supposed 'sea view' was merely a glimpse, and the staff didn’t even bother to give us a room upgrade for all the trouble. the room smelled almost as bad as the service—like feces, really. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but alas, I just couldn’t. utter disappointment!

The family room was spacious, boasting a spectacular view of the
Ocean, making our mornings delightful. The varied buffet cuisine was also a highlight, featuring local seafood. the pool area felt crowded, especially during peak times, making it hard to find a spot to relax.

The sea-view family room setup was on point, spacious enough for the whole crew and equipped with a good view of the water. The large swimming pool area offered an inviting spot to chill after a long day at the beach.
The dining area was consistently overcrowded, leading to a frustrating experience during breakfast with low-quality options that didn’t hit the mark. Noise from evening entertainment blared until midnight, making it hard to find peace in the rooms, and the elevators were woefully few for the number of guests—a real hassle during peak times. Inconsistent cleanliness during busy periods left a bit to be desired, and extra charges for amenities like baby cots were a surprise that could’ve been handled better.

While staying at this family-friendly hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed the exclusive kids' SPA hour from 10 to 11 a.m. and the fun activities offered at the Funny-Club. The exciting evening shows next to the Tropical Bar-Club were a hit with our whole family, especially with our four babies.
In my wife’s opinion, the dining options could use more variety for kids.

Staying in a family room with stunning sea views was a highlight, complemented by friendly staff who made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The ample food options, particularly the Japanese dishes, were enjoyable, though breakfast quality could use improvement. The hotel's peak season crowds made the pool area overwhelming, and long wait times for the elevators were a consistent frustration. The entertainment was fun but quite loud at night, making it hard to relax after a busy day.
